I work with college age students and young adults, who are struggling with major life transitions such as leaving home, entering college life or the work force. You may be dealing with performance related issues, self esteem, anxiety, depression, and/or interpersonal challenges. I am here to help you meet your goals with a nonjudgmental and supportive approach. I work with women who are struggling with pregnancy loss, postpartum, and child rearing issues in an empathetic and collaborative way. With a holistic approach, I also work with women going through the physical and emotional challenges of perimenopause and menopause.
