I have focused my professional career on learning techniques, skills, tools and interventions to enable all my clients to feel more effective and strong at managing challenging emotions, interpersonal situations and life's daily ups and downs. I am an expert in Eating Disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, anxiety, trauma, gender dysphoria, and self-injury. Helping my clients achieve their goals of mental health wellness along with feeling capable and successful in their lives by using therapies such as DBT, CBT and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD) are the cornerstone of the therapies I use and value.
