Having been in therapy myself, I understand how intimidating and uncomfortable it can feel to ask for help, especially at our lowest moments. On the other side of this discomfort, however, is the opportunity to live a healthier, more connected, more authentic life. I’m here to create a compassionate and non-judgemental space in between. I specialize in working with adults, with a specific focus on OCD and anxiety. I am also passionate about working with young adults navigating the confusing, often tumultuous transition to adulthood and working life.
