My counseling style is warm, encouraging, honest, respectful, with a dash of humor. I want to help empower you in reaching your goals, and to better understand yourself and your world. It is humbling to see people encounter the redemptive grace of God and have joy in new ways of living. I like to adjust my therapy approach according to what best serves my client. I am trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. This holistic approach allows freedom for me to meet people where they truly are.
