I believe that the most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and the client. Because of this, I use trauma-informed strengths-based approaches to help every person find their own path to overcoming challenges by working with them to help them identify their strengths. By providing a safe place where people can share important parts of their stories, I can help you move towards healing and empowerment. Each person's circumstance is unique and counseling can bring peace at the most challenging times. By getting to know my clients individual challenges, I am able to pull from a variety of interventions to help them progress towards peace. By exploring a wide range of theories, client’s can determine their most successful path to the life that they want.
