I am here to be in your corner and help you make any changes. As a therapist since 2013, my primary goal has always been to help people help themselves. I graduated with my Masters in Social Work through Wayne State University with a focus in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and have experience working with runaway youth, providing Community Mental Health Services in Detroit, providing therapy supports to teenagers and adults, and working together with primary care physicians to help patients improve their health. With each of these experiences, I meet the individual where they are at, and together we work toward where they would like to be. I am committed to inclusivity, mutual collaboration, encouragement, acceptance, challenging as needed, and creating a safe place for people to feel comfortable and grow.
