My name is Becky Rau, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am also a student, working on my doctorate in Clinical Psychology and enjoy bringing the latest in research to share with my patients into the therapy session. I specialize in addiction, trauma, and grief, although, I am trained and enjoy helping people who are suffering from stress, anxiety, depression, and other concerns. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems.
