Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience and a Doctor in Clinical Psychology from California Southern University. I also hold a master's in clinical social work from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. My doctoral research explored how therapists integrate EMDR and Neurofeedback, which strengthened my expertise in supporting individuals living with PTSD and Complex-PTSD. In our first session, we have much to accomplish. Our first session is designed to identify the problem or issue you wish to work on and create a plan for addressing it.
