I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship challenges, amongst other concerns. Using EMDR, talk therapy, or a combination, we'll work together to uncover the root causes of your struggles. My goal is to provide you with the understanding and tools you need to find relief & begin reclaiming the life you deserve and desire. For example, negativity is something most people struggle with, & in the form of thoughts, which is normal & actually NOT BAD, but we usually feel it is bad. THIS is the WORK...gaining a deeper understanding of our protective "parts" & why they are here & why they were born. Negativity is protective armor, but can create big emotions that impact how we show up in the world and how we feel about ourselves as well as our relationships and can get in the way of us achieving our goals. This is NOT a you problem, it is a brain adaptation that was created due to external circumstances outside of you, which is the root cause, NOT you.
