"The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step" - Lao Tzu. Having the courage to work on yourself to reach your full potential does not have to happen alone. As a psychologist and cancer survivor, I've experienced physical and emotional challenges that led to positive and healthy lifestyle changes. I hope to use these experiences to help others on their journey with emotional issues, chronic medical conditions, grief, life transition issues, or those who want to improve nutrition and lifestyle. I hope to walk this journey with you in order to facilitate growth and healing.
