Sleep struggles impact the entire household—no matter the age. As a BCBA and Certified Behavioral Sleep Practitioner (CBSP), I help families resolve everything from toddler bedtime battles and night wakings to adult insomnia. Using practical, evidence-based strategies, I assess sleep habits, identify what’s getting in the way of rest, and design a customized plan. For children, I use a variety of proven methods to help them fall asleep independently and sleep through the night. For adults, I use CBT-I—the gold-standard treatment for insomnia—to change unhelpful sleep patterns and restore quality rest.
