I'm a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through challenging life moments. I have experience working in an outpatient setting, where I provided care to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relational challenges and life transitions. I also spent over a decade working in crisis intervention where I supported individuals in acute distress and developed a strong foundation in compassionate and grounded care. My background allows me to create a safe, grounded space where clients feel heard, supported and empowered to navigate challenges.
