My ideal client is someone navigating life on a razor’s edge, where emotions often hit with such force that they feel impossible to manage. They likely struggle with a heavy, paralyzing depression or the high-intensity turbulence of a personality disorder that makes them feel 'too much' for the people in their lives. They are exhausted by a cycle of crises, feeling like traditional 'talk therapy' hasn't been sturdy enough to hold the weight of their pain. They come to me during their 'stuck' moments—when the survival strategies they've used for years are no longer working and they feel a frightening loss of control over daily life.
