Dr. Sugar is the founder of Behavioral Psych Studio, a group practice dedicated to providing evidence-based treatment to teens, adults, couples and families. BPS has offices in NYC, LA and San Diego. We use CBT and DBT to help clients learn more about themselves and create the lives they want to be living. At BPS we treat people struggling with Mood D/O, Anxiety D/O, trauma, OCD, Emotion Dysregulation issues, and Substance Abuse. We work with parents and children experiencing high-conflict relationships, and are committed to helping parents gain the knowledge and tools necessary to improve their relationship with their kids. We specialize in the treatment of emotion dysregulation disorders using Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies, as well as trauma, anxiety and mood disorders with adolescents and adults. We are also trained in family and couples therapy, using CBT and DBT-based treatment modalities. We also offer ERP, SPACE, P.E.
