Trauma doesn’t end when the events are over. It shows up in emotional reactions that feel sudden, relationships that don’t stabilize despite effort, and a mind that stays alert even when there’s no immediate threat. Many women carry histories of abuse, loss, or unstable relationships while functioning well on the outside. Over time, the ways you learned to manage these experiences stop working and begin to create new problems. I work with women who want to address what traditional talk therapy hasn’t been able to reach. I work with adults who want relief from emotional overwhelm and patterns rooted in past experiences. My work draws from parts-based therapy, memory-focused techniques, and body awareness to help clients notice what’s happening internally and why. I bring over 10 years of experience helping women navigate this kind of transformation.
