This is big. You're looking for a therapist that can meet you where you are at, who is consistent, who can tell it to you like it is and can work with you on the goals you set at your pace. That's me. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years in the field and I am trained in many areas. I use trauma informed practices and work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns like trauma, chronic illness and/or pain and clients who may be struggling with life transitions. This is only to name a few. I am happy to talk with you about your needs and you can decide based on our contact if I am the right therapist for you. I provide individual, couples and family therapy. I accept adults, adolescents and children aged 12 and up. I also provide supervision to fully licensed clinicians wanting peer supervision and supervision towards full licensure.
