Hello all! My name is Belinda Bacon and I’m a LCSW/Clinical Therapist in Laramie Wyoming. My passion is helping others shed years of self-doubt, shame, guilt, which all creates anxiety, which can lead to depression, isolation and other health problems. We all, at times, walk around with our teeth and guts clenched, our shoulders tight and held up to our ears and we don’t even realize it. I want to help others with self-awareness about how to rid our bodies of trapped stress/old trauma in our body and how to get some relief. I also offer Grief therapy in a safe warm environment. My main goal in therapy is to help others with self-discovery, overcome shame, guilt and fear of taking steps forward to realizing future dreams.
