I am an experienced psychotherapist with a special interest in Adult and Couple psychotherapy. I work with individuals and couples presenting with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, loss or grief, life transitions, trauma, and relationship and marital difficulties. I offer a safe and respectful exploratory space within which I strive to get to know and understand my clients. My approach is collaborative and empowering. Together we discover what the client needs and how best to respond to those needs. The client's experience of finding what is needed within the therapeutic relationship contributes towards personal growth and change.
