I am looking for clients that are seeking assistance with guidance and direction in looking to find themselves and how to redirect their thoughts and actions to align with who the truly believe themselves to be. Most of my experience has been with substance use disorders and mental health disorders, and or dual diagnosis clients. That covers such a broad spectrum of folks, and I am open to working with clients that do not identify as having either. I offer a collaborative approach of DBT, CBT, and motivational interviewing to help you figure out what you need.
