I specialize in working with people who are struggling with healing from traumatic/abusive experiences, those who have a poor/disconnected relationship with themselves, and people who are having a hard time managing or decreasing anxiety. I am especially passionate about guiding people through family-of-origin trauma, perfectionism, and self-criticism. I teach my clients how to look inward for approval and validation, versus externally from others. My goal is to guide my clients to their own inner power, learn to heal themselves, and find liberation from a life lead by fear. I take a bottom-up approach, with a focus on embodiment. My approach can be described as affirming, empowering, values-driven, and experiential. Helping clients become & embody the person they want to be. I believe it's so important to focus not only on the mind, but on the body & spirit as well.
