My expertise is in (C)PTSD and trauma-related conditions and the clients I work with are motivated and curious adults trying to understand, get unstuck and heal from the lingering impacts of trauma. Often they have lived through overwhelming and complex traumatic experiences that have have deeply impacted their view of self, other and the world and of safety, trust, control, worth, intimacy and closeness. They also carry a quiet courage and steady resolve, often without even realizing it.
