Hi I’m Bella! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor & Board-Certified Art Therapist. Are you looking to gain control over your anxiety, establish healthy boundaries & improve your self-esteem? I specialize in working with adolescents & adults experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem & various life transitions. As your therapist, I aim to help you recognize & reframe unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen your identity, and develop skills that will help you to move forward in confidence. You might be thinking, “What is art therapy and how is it integrated?” In art therapy, we utilize the creative process to address a therapeutic goal or concern, promote change, and enhance self-reflection. Rather than focusing on the quality of the artwork created, I present processed based artmaking as an alternative mode for expression & communication.
