Do you struggle with intense emotions that are difficult to control? Do you sometimes act impulsively because the weight of the emotions feels too great? If so then I might be able to help. I specialize in working with individuals with emotional sensitivity who struggle with emotional dysregulation. I can help you manage impulsive urges, relieve emotional suffering, and improve your relationships. Our sessions will incorporate a balance of emotional validation/processing paired with tangible and concrete skills. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy for reprocessing of trauma. I am licensed in CT, CO, and VT.
