Hi there, I am Belma Johnson. I am an LICSW with over 20 years experience working with adolescents in various settings, including in the school system. I am kind, genuine, relatable, and funny. I utilize the elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, so in plain words, I help young people identify negative thoughts and behaviors that might be causing them some emotional stress. I work with my clients on finding coping mechanisms that they can put in their own coping skills toolbox that can help in the school or family setting. We will work as a team to find what challenges brought you to seek the help necessary for you to move forward with your life in the way you envision it to be, not just years down the road, but for today, tomorrow, and yes years down the road.
