You don’t have to keep carrying it alone. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by trauma, anxiety, grief, or the strain of high-stress lives. Others come to therapy feeling disconnected or stuck, sometimes without even knowing why. I understand how hard it is to keep going when you’re exhausted, uncertain, or in pain. As a first responder with 15 years of service, I bring both empathy and firsthand experience to helping people heal, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover hope. I’m an inclusive counselor who works with clients of all identities, backgrounds, and cultures—anyone is welcome. I specialize in trauma recovery, family dynamics, and relationship issues, and I work with individuals, couples, and families. My approach focuses on practical solutions that fit real life, using trauma-informed and integrative methods like EMDR
