My hope for each person who walks through my door is that they experience a safe space in my presence. I have encountered this in my own personal counseling journey, and understand just how impactful a safe therapeutic relationship can be. I have also encountered this dynamic in my spiritual relationship with God, and whether or not you define yourself as spiritual/religious, I hope I can be a trusted teammate in your journey toward mental health. While I like to use a variety of therapeutic approaches, I primarily use experiential methods such as emotion focused therapy through an attachment lens.
