Hi, I'm Ayla. I am a queer, sex-positive, trauma-informed therapist, dedicated to helping individuals and partners befriend their nervous system, foster deeper connections with themselves and others, and develop strategies for navigating life challenges. My background in therapy stems from six years of working with young adults and families in an inpatient wilderness therapy program and with a wide range of clients in outpatient settings.
