February 2026 - accepting new clients! My passion is helping people heal from depression, anxiety, grief and burnout. It can feel difficult or impossible to show up as your best self when you feel sad, depressed, anxious or irritable all the time. I am here to help you navigate life. While I work with all adults, my practice has a special focus on identifying and manage feelings, men's issues, support for minority-related stress, and integrating spirituality and therapy. I previously worked at a hospice agency, offering spiritual and emotional support and grief counseling.
