I operate under the belief that you are more than your problems. I understand that people are multifaceted and ever-changing, which can make navigating life tricky, confusing and often painful. The therapeutic space that I provide is relaxed and collaborative. My humor and inviting curiosity facilitate exploration, discovery, re-sensitization and self-acceptance. I use Relational Gestalt and Narrative practices to increase awareness and cultivate your inherent creativity, imagination, and resourcefulness to better point yourself towards your values and preferred ways of being.
