I primarily work with men who feel stuck. This "stuckness" often relates to a life stage, a a search for meaning, a difficult relational moment, or a loss that needs to be carefully worked through. Shame, which most men are socialized around, often stands in the way of getting support in these moments. Shame is often the wall that I help dissolve with my clients so that insight, joy, and adventure can naturally happen.
