My experience as a pastor, living abroad, and working with adolescents form my well rounded perspective as a counselor. I help clients implement strategies and coping skills to develop a healthy perspective of themselves and others. At some point, we’ve all needed someone to say, “It’s okay,” “You’re not alone,” or “You matter.” Life can often feel like falling into a deep well, and I aim to be the person who sits with you in that space. In my office, I strive to create an environment where clients feel truly seen and heard as they take their own small steps toward climbing out of the well.
