Welcome! Unfortunately, I am not taking new clients at this time. I believe that therapy, at its best, can help each of us reconnect to a sense of wholeness that may feel out of reach or forgotten. The people I work with often bring concerns related to anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, grief and spirituality, but also carry a longing for a deeper, more intimate relationship with themselves and with the people they care about. Therapy with me is a co-creative space rooted in curiosity, respect and emotional safety.
