Hello, I’m Ben! Do you often struggle with self-esteem, motivation, or feeling down? Do you question why you struggle mentally or blame yourself for excessive worry? I have a passion for working with people to help them discover the source of their struggles and take action to overcome them. I am known for my patient and supportive nature, having a knack for helping folks open up and putting the pieces of their story together. I work with adults and teens who are suffering from a variety of complications associated with trauma (PTSD, C-PTSD), adoption, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, bullying, and grief. The therapeutic process starts with the counselor-client relationship; establishing trust, empathy, and connection within the human experience. I build upon this foundation while using my training in trauma-focused modalities (EMDR, IFS, CPT), skills building (DBT), and specialized techniques in areas like attachment (TBRI) and body image (CBT-E).
