I work with individuals, couples, and families with an emphasis on emotions. I believe emotions are powerful forces in our lives which can impact our happiness and satisfaction. Many people go through traumatic events or difficult experiences which block their ability to make sense of their feelings. I will work with you to understand your feelings and find greater satisfaction. My approach is based on what works for you, so I will help you discover this. When working with couples, I also help partners to uncover underlying emotions and unexpressed needs.
