In therapy I like to focus on helping clients develop an understanding and connection of their behaviors and internal world. This can be for clients with trauma, addictions, emotional dysregulation or interpersonal problems. In neuropsychology I love to help children and adults that are struggling with their school or work responsibilities. There are often subtle cognitive or neuropsychological issues that help explain where their issues are coming from and it is very fulfilling to help clients identify those issues and either resolve or work around them.
