My approach to therapy is nonjudgmental, inclusive, and deeply person-centered. I believe healing begins when we feel fully seen and understood. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as a Christian pastor. Though I no longer identify as religious, this experience helps me connect with people from a wide range of spiritual and faith backgrounds—including those who are deconstructing, spiritually curious, or healing from religious trauma.
