I believe finding a therapist that you feel you can connect with is the most important part of starting the therapeutic process. I also understand that it is somewhat of a daunting task to find a therapist that you believe will be non-judgmental, trustworthy, and provide a sense of understanding and compassion. How do you trust that out of all the countless searches, web pages, or recommendations, that you can find a therapist who is honest, compassionate, and will be a good fit for either yourself or someone you love?
