I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a background in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University and I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Service Provider. I have helped adults and youth in various degrees of mental health crises and settings. In building a therapeutic partnership, I can help you set short-term goals, build skills to manage symptoms of anxiety/depression, break down tasks during challenging life transitions, practice communication skills, or delve deeper to address traumas with individualized care in a non-judgmental environment. I believe therapy is a partnership. You are the expert on yourself and with my guidance using an integration of evidence-based approaches, expressive therapy, mindfulness, coping skills and personalized attention, you can deepen your mental health awareness and personal understanding to establish healthier routines and be more compassionate towards yourself.
