If you are a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) who is a high-achiever, I can help you reduce anxiety and create healthy relationships. Empathy pulls HSPs to rescue lost kittens and fight for the underdog. Unfortunately, your kindness is often taken advantage of, and sometimes abused. Intense emotions coupled with sensitivity to the environment make relaxation challenging. Together, we will navigate through relationships, anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, PTSD, and grief with a compassionate approach. You'll learn practical tools to reduce emotional distress, all while cultivating a strong sense of Self. All sessions are held on Zoom.
