Hi, I’m Benjamin. I'm a queer-affirming, trauma-informed mental health counselor offering therapy across New York State. I help individuals and couples who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about who they are or what they need—especially those navigating identity, trauma, and relationships. Many of my clients are adults working through the impact of past trauma, anxiety, shame, or disconnection from themselves or others. Some come to therapy unsure of how to express their needs in relationships, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel right.
