My name is Benjamin, and I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in working with teens, adults, and older adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, job stress, and self-esteem. In our first few sessions, you can expect to discuss your concerns and identify goals and areas you would like to work on. Over time, clients learn to develop and try out approaches that work for them to bring about the changes they seek. My practice is unique because I believe that we all go through life having different experiences both which contain the elements of strength and opportunity to pursue the life we strive for. I help by providing a safe, empathetic, and compassionate space where clients can explore their concerns from the comfort of their home while building the hope and motivation needed for personal growth.
