Many of our struggles in life come from not being clear about what's really important to us; instead we spend an enormous amount of energy just trying to avoid painful experiences of all kinds. I try to help people clarify their own values and integrate their experiences in accordance with them, even in the presence of painful feelings and situations. I have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals, including those in polyamorous and kink communities.
