An ideal client or patient for me is someone who is motivated for change, or is seeking change in some area of their life. I have experience in treating anxiety disorders, substance use/addiction, and other personality or behavioral issues. I think setting small goals and focusing on mindfulness can help to foster change over time. My background is in psychology, social work, and substance use/addiction.
