I work collaboratively with clients to create the experience in therapy that will be most conducive to growth, healing, and learning to cope with and accept life’s challenges. I have worked in the human service field for several years prior to becoming a clinical therapist including as a career coach, case manager, and rehabilitation counselor. I’ve received training in various treatment approaches and modalities including CBT, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness, and strive to utilize the tools that will best fit your plan and your goals.
