For over 15 years, I’ve worked alongside individuals and families impacted by addiction, trauma, and the quiet weight of feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside while carrying anxiety, depression, shame, or unresolved experiences on the inside. If you’re tired of holding it all together alone, therapy can be a place to finally exhale. Struggling doesn’t mean broken, it often means you’ve been surviving for a long time. I offer a warm, steady space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or already know the answers. Our work is grounded, collaborative, and very human Healing happens best when you feel understood, supported, and empowered, not judged or to be fixed. Our work is collaborative, holding space for honesty, curiosity, and even a bit of humor when it helps make difficult things feel more manageable. We move at a pace that respects your nervous system and your history. My work is trauma-informed and integrative.
