I am a licensed clinical social worker/therapist based in Encino, CA. I am licensed in CA, IL and TX. My goal is to help my clients evaluate and reconfigure unhelpful thoughts that trigger and create patterns of maladaptive behavior and unwanted emotions. I work hard to instill a sense of hope in my clients by helping them identify and use their strengths. I also work collaboratively with my clients to set their own therapeutic goals.
