It is often hard to ask for help, either for yourself or for someone you love. I try to offer each individual working with me a safe and comfortable space to work towards becoming the healthiest version of themselves. I enjoying working with people of all ages and backgrounds who present with many of the mental health struggles prevalent in our world today. Together, we identify the hurdles and roadblocks interfering with success in areas important to you. I have been specifically trained in child/adolescent psychology. I enjoy working with young people seeking support in areas such as anxiety, depression, social challenges, ADHD and behavioral concerns. While I focus most of my practice on individual therapy, I readily work with family members, school and other agencies as appropriate.
