I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) who offers a warm, supportive space for youths, adults, and families. I work with individuals and families to navigate trauma, depression, stress, anxiety, and life transitions. I approach therapy with care, patience, and respect for each person’s story. My goal is to help you feel truly heard and understood. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, and work toward healing, balance, and meaningful change.
