My name is Erica Mott. As a Christian counselor, my role as your therapist is to listen non-judgmentally and compassionately and help you create the changes needed to lead a peaceful, fulfilling life. My approach to accomplishing this is to keep our work God-centered and biblically-based, and to provide you with the tools you need to implement realistic, tangible changes. It is difficult enough to discuss sensitive, private experiences and challenges without the added stress of feeling the need to guard ones' spiritual beliefs. Rest assured that this is a safe place to share all of the issues weighing on your mind, heart, and soul.
