My ideal clients are ready for change! They have had enough of feeling stuck. I work well with adults, parents, teens, LGBTQ+, parents of children with different needs, people dealing with anxiety or depression, people feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns and couples. I, also, love working with other therapists! I have a long history with working with the ND community (autistics and ADHDers). Because I am licensed in both California and Colorado I have been able to help parents and their adult children work to repair their relationship across state lines. I love to help families repair their relationships whether near or far.
